15mm Promotional Lanyards & Neck Straps

When to choose 15 mm width for promotional lanyards?

The 15 mm width is the "golden standard" for those seeking a balance between visibility and elegance. While 20 mm lanyards dominate festivals, 15 mm variants are preferred in the corporate sphere, healthcare, and education. They are lighter, less conspicuous on the neck, yet strong enough to hold a badge, chip card, and keys. If your logo is oblong or contains only text (e.g., a website URL), it will look great on a 15 mm strap.

Due to lower material consumption, 15 mm lanyards can also be an economically more advantageous option for large volumes of giveaways. Don't forget to complement them with suitable transparent badge holders, which we stock in various sizes.

Printing Options: Sublimation and Screen Printing

For 15 mm lanyards, we offer two main technologies. Sublimation printing (heat transfer) is ideal for full-color designs, gradients, and complex motifs. The ink is embedded into the fiber, making the print imperceptible to the touch and extremely durable. It allows printing on the entire surface of the lanyard, including edges.

Screen printing is the choice for logos with 1–4 direct colors (Pantone). The ink layer is slightly raised on the surface, creating a premium effect. This method is great for simple logos and text that need to stand out on a colored strap. Check out our other promotional products to create a cohesive set for your partners.

Materials and Sustainability

In addition to standard polyester, we also offer eco-friendly materials for the 15 mm width. Increasingly popular are rPET lanyards made from recycled plastic bottles, which save primary resources and reduce waste. Alternatives include lanyards made from bamboo fiber or organic cotton, which you can find in the ECO promotional items section.

All our materials are tested for safety and durability. If you need lanyards very quickly and without printing, check our offer of stock blank lanyards, which we ship immediately.

Accessories for 15 mm Lanyards

A key part of every lanyard is the hook. We offer classic "egg hooks," "fish hooks," and swivel hooks. For safety, we recommend a safety breakaway placed behind the neck, which disconnects under strong tension to prevent strangulation—a must for schools and manufacturing plants.

For greater user comfort, you can add a plastic detachable buckle, allowing the lower part with keys to be separated without removing the lanyard from the neck. We also supply retractable reels (yoyos) or mobile phone strings with the lanyards.
