Plastic thermal mugs with simpler insulation maintain temperature for approximately 2–4 hours, which is sufficient for everyday use in the office or while travelling. Factors affecting performance include the initial temperature of the drink, ambient temperature, frequency of opening the lid and pre-heating/pre-cooling the container before filling.
What is the minimum order quantity and lead time?
Minimum order quantities vary by container type – typically from 25 to 100 pcs. For some premium products we can also fulfil smaller volumes from 10 pcs. Standard lead time is 10–14 working days from approval of artwork and payment of the deposit. For urgent cases we offer express production with delivery in 5–7 working days at a surcharge. Stock items without printing can be delivered within 24–48 hours. Exact timelines are always confirmed in the quotation according to current production capacity.
Are the thermal containers dishwasher-safe?
Washing recommendations depend on the type of container and printing technology. Most plastic thermal mugs with UV print are safe for dishwasher use on the top rack at up to 60°C. Stainless-steel flasks with laser engraving are also dishwasher-resistant; however, to preserve optimal insulation properties and long service life we recommend hand-washing in warm water with a mild detergent. Containers with pad printing or screen printing should be hand-washed only to avoid damage to the print. Detailed care instructions are provided on each product page and on the attached label.

The order starts with submitting an enquiry via our website, e-mail or phone. A project manager will contact you within 24 hours, discuss your requirements, recommend the optimal product and printing technology, and prepare a non-binding quotation. Once the quotation is approved, our graphic designer optimises your files free of charge (30 minutes of graphic work per product is included), creates a visualisation of the final appearance of the thermal container with your logo and sends it for approval. You may request changes until the perfect result is achieved. Only after your written approval and payment of the deposit do we start production. Before dispatch we carry out a final quality inspection and photo documentation of the sample. This process guarantees that you receive exactly what you expected, without any unpleasant surprises.
