1. Right of withdrawal
1.1 You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
1.2 The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
1.3 To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Taeda services s.r.o., Kosmonautů 1218/15, 736 01 Havířov, Czech Republic, e-mail: info@taeda.cz) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).
1.4 To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
2. Consequences of withdrawal
2.1 Reimbursement: If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We prefer to refund via bank transfer for faster processing. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
2.2 Return of goods: You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us at: Taeda services s.r.o., Kosmonautů 1218/15, 736 01 Havířov, Czech Republic, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
2.3 Costs and liability: You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
3. When you CANNOT withdraw from the contract (Exceptions)
We kindly advise our customers that, in accordance with the law, the consumer cannot withdraw from a contract for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
This applies in particular to goods provided with custom printing, engraving, embroidery or other personalization (custom promotional items). Such goods cannot be returned within the 14-day period. Furthermore, it is not possible to withdraw from a contract for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

How many days do I have to return the goods?

Can I return promotional items with custom printing?
No. By law, you cannot withdraw from a contract for the supply of goods that are made to your specifications or are clearly personalized (goods with custom printing, engraving, embroidery, etc.).
Who pays for the return shipping?
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods to our warehouse in the Czech Republic. However, we will refund the original delivery costs you paid when placing the order.
How fast will I get my refund?
We will reimburse you without undue delay, and not later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we have physically received the returned goods.
