Our express pens are absolutely unique in the Czech and Slovak market. We can print your logo on selected pen models and deliver finished goods the next business day in CZ and SK. Express Lanyards & Textile Products
Lanyards (neck straps) with full-color printing can be produced within 48-72 hours. We offer standard widths 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, or 25mm with various clip types (plastic, metal, safety). Printing is done by sublimation or screen printing depending on quantity – sublimation is ideal for photorealistic logos and gradients, screen printing for simple logos with solid colors. Lanyards are essential for corporate events, conferences, trade shows, or as ID holders for employees.
For events, we can also express deliver textile products like t-shirts or reflective vests (72h). For t-shirts, exact size charts must be provided in advance so we have correct sizes in stock. DTG (direct-to-garment) printing enables even small runs from 10 pcs with full-color design. For larger quantities (100+ pcs), we recommend screen printing for better durability. Express textiles are great for team buildings, running races, or promotional events with short notice.
Express Print Materials - Business Cards, Flyers, Roll-ups
In print materials category, we offer express production of business cards, flyers, and roll-up banners with delivery in 48-72 hours. Business cards are printed on 350 g/m2 coated paper with lamination or UV varnish option for premium look. Minimum order is 100 pcs, we typically offer 250-500 pcs. Flyers in popular formats A6, A5, A4, or DL are printed on 135-300 g/m2 papers depending on intended use. For mailbox distribution, we recommend 135 g/m2 with cellophane, for trade shows thicker 250 g/m2 with lamination.
Roll-up banners (also X-banners or L-banners) are ideal for quick trade show presentations. Standard formats 85×200 cm or 100×200 cm with aluminum stand and carrying bag. Print on PVC tarpaulin or premium textile material that doesn't flap and looks more luxurious. Express roll-up is ready in 3 business days including construction. How Express Order Works
Step 1: Order by 10:00 AM – Call or email with request. We'll specify product, quantity, print, and deadline. Step 2: File Delivery – Send logo in vector format (AI, EPS, PDF) or high-res PNG/JPG (min. 300 DPI). Step 3: Graphic Preparation – Our team checks files within 60 minutes, converts to print colors (Pantone), and creates digital proof. Step 4: Approval – You receive proof by email, which you approve or request revision (1 round of revisions free).
Step 5: Production – After approval by 12:00 PM, we immediately start production. Pens are printed with UV or pad print, textiles DTG or screen print. Step 6: Quality Control – Each piece undergoes visual inspection to ensure logo is readable and centered. Step 7: Dispatch – Goods are packed and handed to DPD/DHL courier same day by 6:00 PM. Yes, we're the only ones in CZ and SK who guarantee this. Condition is order by 10:00 AM, delivery of correct files, and proof approval by 12:00 PM. Dispatch happens same day and courier delivers next business day in CZ/SK. For weekends and holidays, timelines shift by non-working days.
What products do you offer in express production?
24h: selected pen models with print. 48-72h: lanyards, business cards, flyers, textile products (t-shirts, vests), paper cups. 3-5 days: roll-up banners, notebooks, folders, more complex textiles. Exact list of express products available in category or contact us to verify specific product.
How much is express surcharge?
Express surcharge is calculated individually for each product based on production complexity and material availability. You can find exact price with express surcharge in product calculation or contact us for quote. Shipping is charged according to weight and destination. Total savings compared to event cancellation is however many times over.
Do I have to pay in advance?
For express orders, we require 100% payment in advance by transfer or online card. Reason is simple – we can't risk client not picking up goods after urgent production. For standard orders, we typically offer invoice with 14-day payment term, but express has special regime. For verified regular clients (3+ orders), we can make exception.
What if I find error in delivered goods?
If error is on our side (wrong color, twisted logo, wrong placement), we'll replace goods free of charge in shortest possible time or refund money. However, if you approved proof with error that was visible, we can't accept complaint. Therefore carefully check proof before approval – it's your only moment for free changes.
Does express work for large volumes (10,000+ pcs)?
For very large volumes, express is technically possible but economically less advantageous. Express surcharge significantly affects total price for large volumes. We recommend express only for urgent small to medium volumes (50-1,000 pcs). If planning large campaign, please order with 3-4 weeks lead time and save significant funds.
Can I pick up express goods personally instead of courier?
Yes, personal pickup is possible at our branch in Havířov, Czech Republic (U Statku 301/1, Havířov-Bludovice, 736 01). After production completion, we'll call you and arrange pickup time (weekdays 9 AM-4 PM, Friday 9 AM-3 PM). In Prague, personal pickup is unfortunately not possible, we'll send goods by courier. Bring order confirmation and ID. Goods are ready for immediate pickup.
