Custom Printed Sweatshirts and Hoodies with Logo
Custom printed sweatshirts and hoodies with your logo for company teams, schools, sports clubs and events. We print and embroider on stocked blanks from Fruit of the Loom, B&C, Stedman, Russell and Malfini — pullovers, zip hoodies, crewnecks and kids' sizes from XS to 5XL.
Choose the technique that fits your artwork and budget: screen printing for large runs, DTG for full-colour photos, DTF transfers for small batches with vivid colours, or embroidery for a premium finish. Minimum order from a single piece for digital techniques; from roughly 10–20 pieces for screen printing and embroidery.
Send us your logo in vector (AI, EPS, PDF) or a high-resolution PNG and we will prepare a free digital proof. Standard turnaround is 7–10 working days; express options are available — see our printing services for details.

Printing technologies for sweatshirts and hoodies
The right decoration method depends on three things: the design (number of colours, fine detail, photo vs. flat graphic), the run size, and the fabric. Below is how we match a technique to each brief.
Screen printing (silk-screen)
The classic choice for sweatshirts. Pigment inks are pushed through a mesh stencil onto the garment, one screen per colour. Best for runs from about 20 pieces upwards and designs with 1–4 spot colours. The print feels soft after curing, withstands 40 °C washing and survives well over 50 wash cycles on cotton fleece. Read our short guide on screen printing for technical details, or browse items with screen printing beyond hoodies.
DTG (Direct-to-Garment)
Water-based inkjet printing directly onto the fabric. There is no setup per colour, so DTG is the right tool for full-colour artwork, photographs, gradients and one-off pieces. Works best on 100 % cotton or cotton-rich blends with light or pre-treated dark fabrics. See what is DTG printing for the full process.
DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers
A printed film is heat-pressed onto the garment. DTF handles vivid colours and fine detail on cotton, polyester and blends — including dark and synthetic hoodies where DTG struggles. Great for small batches (from 1 piece), names and numbers on team hoodies. Background reading: what is DTF transfer.
Embroidery
Stitched logos give a premium, textured look that suits corporate uniforms and heavier garments. We embroider front-chest logos up to about 10×10 cm and back logos up to roughly 25×25 cm; very fine text (under 4 mm) and thin lines should be vectorised first. Embroidery survives industrial laundry and is a strong choice for hospitality and field staff.
Models and cuts we stock
We work with brands that are widely stocked in Europe, so colours and sizes stay consistent across reorders.
- Pullover hoodies — Fruit of the Loom Classic Hooded, B&C Hooded, Malfini Break. Kangaroo pocket, double-layer hood, ribbed cuffs. Adult sizes XS–5XL.
- Zip hoodies — Russell Authentic Zipped, B&C ID.205. YKK-style zip, side pockets, suitable for layering and easy on-off at events.
- Crewneck sweatshirts — Stedman Active, Fruit of the Loom Set-In Sweat. Clean front for large prints, no hood — popular for class merchandise and minimalist corporate gifts.
- Raglan and contrast cuts — sleeves in a contrasting colour for a sportier silhouette, often used by clubs and university teams.
- Premium and organic — Stanley/Stella, Sol's, and selected hi-Q fleece in heavier weights (320–360 g/m²) for promotional gifts where touch and drape matter.
- Kids' sweatshirts — sizes 92–164, mainly for school class projects and family events.
What people order custom printed hoodies for
- Corporate merch — onboarding kits, anniversary editions, trade-fair staff uniforms. See ideas in our corporate merch article.
- School and class hoodies — final-year shirts with names on the back, university faculty hoodies, summer camp teams.
- Sports teams and clubs — warm-up hoodies with player numbers, supporters' merch, race-day crew tops.
- Events and festivals — crew and security hoodies that are visible after dark; combine printing with reflective elements.
- Gifts and limited drops — birthday, retirement, wedding party — single-piece runs are no problem with DTG and DTF.
Materials: what to look for on a hoodie spec sheet
Two numbers tell most of the story — fibre composition and GSM (grams per square metre).
- 100 % cotton (ring-spun) — softest feel, best for DTG and screen printing, mild shrinkage on the first wash.
- Cotton/polyester 80/20 — the most common hoodie blend. Holds shape, dries faster than pure cotton, takes all printing methods.
- 50/50 and polyester fleece — lighter, smoother surface, ideal for sports cuts and sublimation-friendly designs.
- GSM weight — 240–280 g/m² for lightweight summer hoodies, 280–320 g/m² for everyday all-rounders, 320–360 g/m² and above for premium and winter pieces.
- Brushed fleece inside — extra warmth and a softer hand; standard on most pullover hoodies.
If you are not sure which fabric suits your artwork, send us the design and we will recommend a combination of garment and technique. The full textile range is in custom printed textiles.

Artwork: how to send your logo
Preferred formats are vector (AI, EPS, PDF with outlined fonts) or a PNG at 300 DPI in the final print size. We will send a free digital proof — a flat preview showing position, size and colours (Pantone references where relevant). For embroidery we additionally produce a stitch-out sample for runs of 50 + pieces if requested.
Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order for custom printed sweatshirts?
From 1 piece with DTG or DTF transfer. Screen printing and embroidery are economical from roughly 10–20 pieces, because the cost of screens or digitising is spread across the run.
Which file format should I send for hoodie printing?
Vector files are ideal: AI, EPS or PDF with outlined fonts. PNG at 300 DPI at final print size also works for DTG and DTF. Avoid screenshots and low-resolution JPGs — fine lines pixelate.
How long does production take?
Standard turnaround is 7–10 working days after artwork approval. Express production is available on selected models within 3–5 working days, and 48–72 h in urgent cases.
How should I wash a printed hoodie?
Turn the garment inside out, wash at 30–40 °C with mild detergent, no bleach, no tumble dryer on high. Iron on the reverse, avoiding the print. Following these steps keeps screen, DTG and DTF prints sharp for 50 + cycles.
Can I order a single piece with my own design?
Yes. DTG (on cotton) and DTF transfer (on cotton, polyester and blends) are designed for one-off and short-run orders, including names and numbers.
Do you offer samples before the main production run?
Yes. For larger orders we can produce a pre-production sample (one finished piece) so you can approve fabric, position and colour before the rest of the run is printed. Sample lead time is usually 3–5 working days.
What colours and sizes are available?
We stock most popular hoodie colours (black, navy, grey, white, red, royal, bottle green, burgundy and more) in sizes XS–5XL for adults and 92–164 for kids. Specific availability depends on the model — please ask us via the inquiry form for live stock.
