Custom Printed Coffee Cups
Custom printed coffee cups are the most popular branded packaging for cafés, bistros, and corporate coffee points. Every cup featuring your café's logo acts as portable advertising – guests carry the brand out onto the street, into the office, and across social media. We offer paper cups in kraft and white, single-wall and double-wall (thermally insulating), from espresso to latte and iced coffee – as part of our wider range of custom printed cups.
White paper cups are printed in full color (digital print) – directly onto the cup or with a full-color wrap-around label; kraft cups are printed using single-color pad printing. Volumes of 100/110, 150/180, 200/250, 350/380 and 450/500 ml, with matching lids for every size. Minimum order from 100 pcs, free artwork included, and selected models also available express in 72 h. Paper Coffee Cups – Kraft and White
Kraft cups in natural brown give coffee an authentic, artisan look and visually communicate the brand's eco-friendly approach – ideal for modern cafés, health-food stores, and farmers' markets. White paper cups offer a smooth surface for bold full-color logo printing with maximum contrast – suitable wherever corporate identity needs to stand out. Both options are designed for hot drinks and can be ordered single-wall or double-wall.
Sizes by Coffee Type
There is an optimal cup size for every drink. Smaller 100/110 and 150/180 ml for espresso, ristretto, and tasting samples. Medium 200/250 ml for cappuccino and flat white – the most popular size in everyday cafés. Large 350/380 ml for latte, americano, and tea. Extra-large 450/500 ml for iced coffee, frappé, and larger portions. Matching lids (sip lids, flip lids, and dome lids) are available for every size and are priced separately.
Single-Wall or Double-Wall (Thermally Insulating) Cups
Double-wall cups have an air gap between the walls that provides better thermal insulation – even with a very hot coffee the cup does not burn the hand, can be held without a paper sleeve, and has a premium feel. They are ideal for hot latte, americano, and tea, and for cafés that prioritise the guest experience. Single-wall cups are the economical choice for everyday use and take-away. We offer double-wall in paper and kraft, for example in 200/250 and 350/400 ml.
Café Branding and Customer Loyalty
Branded coffee cups strengthen café recognition and build a consistent visual identity across all outlets. A cup with a well-designed logo gets photographed and shared on social media, meaning every coffee served generates organic reach for your brand. For cafés with an eco concept, we also offer eco-friendly coffee cups made from plant-based materials. Complete your branded cup with a cohesive look using items from our promotional products with custom print range – napkins, bags, and carrier totes.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) about Custom Printed Coffee Cups
What is the minimum order quantity for coffee cups?
The minimum order quantity starts at 100 pcs. The exact quantity per size and print method will be confirmed in the quote.
Can you produce coffee cups on an express basis?
Yes, express variants are produced in 72 hours. Others take 2–4 weeks; for high volumes, by arrangement. If you have a deadline, let us know and we will confirm express availability.
Does the print hold up to hot drinks?
Yes. We use heat-resistant inks, so the print withstands hot coffee and tea without smearing.
What is the difference between a single-wall and a double-wall cup?
The double-wall cup has an air gap that provides better heat retention – it does not burn the hand and can be held without a sleeve. The single-wall is the economical choice for everyday use. For hot latte and americano, we often recommend double-wall.
What print technology do you use for coffee cups?
White paper cups are printed in full color (digital print) – for larger runs directly onto the cup, for smaller runs with a full-color wrap-around label. Kraft cups are printed using single-color pad printing.
Which cup size do you recommend for cappuccino?
For cappuccino and flat white, 200/250 ml works best. For espresso 100/110 ml, for latte and americano 350/380 ml, and for iced coffee or frappé 450/500 ml.
Do you supply lids as well?
Yes, we offer matching lids in various styles for our cups – we recommend the right combination for your size. Lids are priced separately.
