Ring Binders EXPRESS solve situations where you need printed binders for a conference, trade fair or business meeting that is approaching faster than standard production can keep up with. The construction is identical to the standard TAEDA ring binder range – 170 gsm coated paper laminated onto sturdy board, ring binding and full-surface offset print protected with glossy laminate on both sides – the only difference is the accelerated production process, which puts a finished order in your hands within 72 hours of artwork approval.
How 3-working-day express production works
The speed does not come at the cost of quality; instead, we reprioritise the production queue so your order moves straight through from approved files to packed, finished pieces. Printing, laminating the paper onto board, fitting the ring mechanism and applying the protective film all happen within those 72 hours. The clock starts the moment you confirm the final print files, so it is worth having your artwork ready before you place the order.
Same formats and spine widths as the standard version
Even in express mode you choose from the same range as with regular ring binders: A4, A5, DL formats or a custom size on request, and spine widths from 40 to 80 mm depending on how many sheets you plan to file. The minimum order stays at 50 pieces, so express production is available for smaller, quickly organised events too, not only large orders.
