Engraving as the only printing technology
Unlike the standard COSMO pen, which also offers full-color UV printing, COSMO SLIM is finished exclusively with laser engraving. The engraving burns the logo directly into the metal surface, making it practically indelible and giving the pen an elegant matte-metallic contrast. The print area measures 55 × 4 mm – enough space for a logo, short slogan or company name.
Body colour options and technical parameters
Choose the pen body from 7 colour options – white, black, graphite, orange, red, blue or dark green, or a mix of colours with the same print motif for orders of 10 pcs or more per variant. The pen has a height of 135 mm, a press-button opening mechanism and a replaceable blue elite refill, so only the refill needs replacing once it runs out – not the whole pen.

The minimum order is 50 pieces, with a standard production time of 14 days from artwork approval. What is the difference between COSMO SLIM and the standard COSMO pen?
COSMO SLIM has a thinner and lighter body (11.2 g compared to 14.6 g for COSMO) and a smaller print area of 55 × 4 mm. It is finished with laser engraving only, while the standard COSMO also offers full-color UV printing. The construction, click mechanism and refill type are identical on both models.
What is the minimum order quantity?

What printing technology does the COSMO SLIM pen use?
The pen is finished exclusively with laser engraving into the metal surface. Engraving is abrasion-resistant and requires no ink, so the logo lasts for the entire lifetime of the pen.

The standard production time is 14 days from artwork approval. We prepare and send the artwork proof for approval free of charge.
Is the refill replaceable?
Yes, the COSMO SLIM pen has a replaceable blue elite refill. Once it runs out, there is no need to buy a new pen – simply replace the refill.
What colours is the COSMO SLIM pen available in?
The pen body is available in 7 colours: white, black, graphite, orange, red, blue and dark green. For orders of 10 pcs or more per variant, a mix of colours with the same print motif can also be ordered.
