Artwork proof

An artwork proof is a visual representation of your logo or design on a specific product, which we send for approval before production. It shows the position, size and colors of the print.

Why it matters

By approving the proof, you confirm that the artwork, wording and placement match your requirements. Production starts only after approval. The proof is illustrative; the actual shade may vary slightly depending on the material and printing method.

What to check

• Spelling and the accuracy of all wording, contact details and addresses,
• The size and placement of the logo,
• Colors, including Pantone numbers for spot colors,
• The number of colors and the selected printing method.
