FROTÉ Towels with Embroidery
FROTÉ towels are a classic type of towel with a ribbed terry structure made of 100% cotton. The dense, absorbent fabric has a distinctive, tactile loop texture that sets terry towels apart from the thinner, sublimation-printed towels, and it is decorated with embroidery placed in one corner or along one edge of the towel.
Material and weight
The towels are woven from 100% cotton with a density of 450 g/m², which ensures excellent absorbency and a soft feel. The ribbed terry structure is easy to care for, wicks moisture away well and remains durable even after repeated washing. The towel weighs approximately 200 g, depending on the size chosen.
Sizes and embroidered decoration
Three sizes are available: a smaller 300x500 mm, a medium 1000x500 mm and a larger 1400x700 mm bath sheet. A logo or motif is applied to the towel using woven embroidery in up to 6 colours on an area roughly 130 mm in diameter, usually placed in a corner or along one edge of the towel - unlike the full-surface print typical of the thinner sublimation variants.
