FOTL Zip Hoodie Screen Print
The screen-printed version of the FOTL zip hoodie is an open-front hoodie with a zip running the full front length, a hood, and a front kangaroo pocket. Unlike the FOTL hoodie without a zip, it does not need to be pulled over the head. The fabric is a combination of 80% cotton and 20% polyester weighing 280 g/m2.
Finish and Details
The neckline trim has no seams, the shoulders are reinforced with a tape running from shoulder to shoulder, and the cuffs together with the hem have an elastic, drawn-in finish. A double stitch runs around the shoulder and neck seam, and the hoodie is sewn without side seams.
Decorated with Classic Screen Printing
This open-front hoodie is decorated with screen printing, a classic screen-print technology that is cost-effective for higher production volumes. The print can reach up to four colours on a print area of 297 x 210 mm. Screen printing differs from DTG printing and embroidery in the way the ink is transferred onto the textile through a printing mesh.
