A4 notebooks with a custom cover for schools, courses and companies
SCHOOL A4 notebooks are classic stitched notebooks that you can make your own. We print your logo, colours and artwork on the cover in full colour. They are ideal for main subjects, notes, drawing graphs and working notes – and thanks to a consistent design they become part of your brand identity.
Inside page options
- Lined – 9 mm line spacing (28 lines per page) with a coloured margin line.
- Squared – 5 × 5 mm squares with a margin line, ideal for maths and technical subjects.
- Plain – unruled sheets for drawing, sketching and free notes.
You can choose from two page counts: 16 sheets (32 pages) or 32 sheets (64 pages). The inside sheets are white 80 g/m² offset paper that is pleasant to write on with both pen and pencil.
Cover and printing
- A4 format (210 × 297 mm), cover in 170 g/m² matt coated paper without lamination.
- Full-colour CMYK print on the outside of the cover – front and back, printed to the edge.
- The inside of the cover stays white.
- Stitched with two metal staples along the longer side.
Notebooks for schools and educational institutions
Prepare a consistent range of notebooks for your students. On the front cover we place your school logo and colours together with fields for name, class and subject; the back can carry contact details, a motto or a QR code to the school website. You can have a separate design for each subject in the same style – each design is ordered as a separate item at the same price per piece as a single design. The approved artwork can also be reused for reprints.
Quantity, price and production
We produce notebooks from 25 pieces per design, and in the e-shop you can order up to 3,000 pieces. The more you order, the lower the price per piece. Production usually takes 5 working days from approval of the print proof. Larger quantities, printing on the inside of the cover or a different paper can be quoted individually.

Frequently asked questions
Can we have our own print or layout of the inside pages?
This notebook range has a standard interior – lined, squared or plain. Custom artwork is printed on the cover. If you need a notebook designed entirely to your needs, choose Notebooks INDIVIDUAL. For a diary with a calendar and your logo, pick from our diaries and planners with your logo.
What is the spacing of the lines and squares?
The lined A4 notebook has 9 mm line spacing (28 lines per page) and a coloured margin line. The squared notebook has 5 × 5 mm squares and a margin line too. The 9 mm ruling is slightly wider than the 8 mm ruling common in Czech school notebooks.
What is the difference between 16 and 32 sheets?
A notebook with 16 sheets has 32 writing pages, a notebook with 32 sheets has 64 pages. The number of sheets does not include the cover.
Can we order different covers for individual subjects or classes?
Yes. Add each cover design to the basket as a separate item with the chosen quantity. The price per piece for each design is the same as for a single design in the same quantity, so you can prepare a whole school range – for example maths, languages and science in a consistent design.
What are the minimum and maximum quantities?
We produce notebooks from 25 pieces of one design. In the e-shop you can order up to 3,000 pieces per design. We will gladly quote higher quantities, printing on the inside of the cover or a different paper individually.
How long does production take?
Production usually takes 5 working days from approval of the print proof. For every order we send you a proof for approval before printing.
Will you help us with the cover artwork?
Yes. The price includes checking and optimising your print files for up to 30 minutes of a graphic designer's work. Just send us your logo and an idea – we will fine-tune the placement of the logo, colours and the fields for name, class and subject with you.
