ECO Diary 2027 – corporate diary with your logo

The ECO diary combines a sturdy book binding with covers made of eco-friendly papers. We print your logo on the cover or emboss it with foil, and you will find it on all calendar pages as well. A great choice for companies that want to give a practical gift with respect for the environment.

Choose from four eco-friendly papers: recycled white Eco-White, Grass with grass fibres, Coffee with coffee grounds and NewApple made from apple waste. Each has its own texture and natural shade. We print the logo in full colour or emboss it with gold, silver, white or black foil. On Grass, Coffee and NewApple papers, printing is limited to a logo or a smaller motif rather than the whole cover.

Personalised inner pages

A standard promotional diary carries the logo only on the cover. In this diary, we also personalise the inner pages – your logo appears on all calendar pages, in a consistent design that matches your brand. The diary reminds the user of your company every time it is opened, all year round.

Three formats and three calendar layouts

Choose the slim 125 × 205 mm format that fits into any bag, the versatile A5 or the spacious B5. The weekly calendar shows the whole week on one spread, the version with notes has the week on the left and a blank page for notes on the right. The daily calendar gives each day its own page, for those who plan in detail. Weekly diaries have 57 sheets (114 pages), daily diaries 163 sheets (326 pages).

Included features

Every diary has a satin ribbon bookmark and a flat elastic closure in a colour matching the cover. Inside you will find white 80 g/m² paper, yearly and quarterly overviews, week numbers, public holidays and an hourly day layout. The calendar is available in English, German and other languages – up to three languages in one diary.

Ordering and production

The minimum order is 200 pcs and production takes 21 days from proof approval. Every order includes 30 minutes of free graphic design work and artwork check, and before production we send you a proof of the cover and pages for approval.
