KRAFT Diary 2027 – corporate diary with your logo
The KRAFT diary has a hard cover wrapped in recycled kraft paper with a natural brown shade. Your logo stands out in white print or foil embossing. It is a popular choice for companies committed to sustainability.
Kraft cover with print or embossing
The cover is wrapped in recycled kraft paper. We can print a logo or a smaller motif in full colour, in full colour with a white underlay that makes colours pop on the brown paper, or emboss it with gold, silver, white or black foil.
Personalised inner pages
A standard promotional diary carries the logo only on the cover. In this diary, we also personalise the inner pages – your logo appears on all calendar pages, in a consistent design that matches your brand. The diary reminds the user of your company every time it is opened, all year round.
Three formats and three calendar layouts
Choose the slim 125 × 205 mm format that fits into any bag, the versatile A5 or the spacious B5. The weekly calendar shows the whole week on one spread, the version with notes has the week on the left and a blank page for notes on the right. The daily calendar gives each day its own page, for those who plan in detail. Weekly diaries have 57 sheets (114 pages), daily diaries 163 sheets (326 pages).
Included features
Every diary has a satin ribbon bookmark and a flat elastic closure in a colour matching the cover. Inside you will find white 80 g/m² paper, yearly and quarterly overviews, week numbers, public holidays and an hourly day layout. The calendar is available in English, German and other languages – up to three languages in one diary.
Ordering and production
The minimum order is 200 pcs and production takes 21 days from proof approval. Every order includes 30 minutes of free graphic design work and artwork check, and before production we send you a proof of the cover and pages for approval. Can the logo also be inside the diary?
Yes. We personalise the inner pages – your company logo appears on all calendar pages, so your brand is visible every time the diary is opened. The inner pages are printed in one colour.
How is the logo applied to the cover?
On kraft covers, we print the logo in full colour, in full colour with white, or emboss it with gold, silver, white or black foil.
What is the difference between the weekly and daily calendar?
The weekly calendar shows the whole week on one spread, the version with notes has the week on the left page and space for notes on the right. The daily calendar has a separate page for each day.
