Product detailed description
USB Flash Drive AURORA – USB drive with a backlit full-colour logo
AURORA has a transparent window on its top side. We print your logo or artwork on it in full colour. An LED beneath the window lights up when the drive is plugged into a powered computer, illuminating the logo. It is not a display: the image is printed permanently and cannot be uploaded to or changed on the drive. When the drive is unplugged, the logo is visible as a standard colour print.
Narrow or wide version
AURORA is available in two sizes, which mainly differ in the size of the window. The narrow version measures 65 × 12 × 5 mm and has a 27 × 9 mm window, making it suitable for a simple logo or short name. The wide version measures 65 × 18 × 6 mm and has a window measuring up to 35 × 13 mm, providing space for a logo with text or more prominent artwork. Select the size from the variants; the product photo will change accordingly.
Preparing your artwork
Bold, colourful logos and artwork on a dark background tend to look best, as the light shines through the coloured areas. We recommend enlarging fine lines and small text. We will adapt the artwork to the shape of the window and send you a proof for approval before production.
Print and product details
The logo on AURORA is printed using UV full-colour printing on the transparent window, included in the price. The print area is 27 × 9 mm (narrow) or 35 × 13 mm (wide). Colours: black and silver. Capacity: 8–64 GB; USB 2.0 interface; USB-A connector.
Ordering and pricing
The unit price depends on the order quantity, with price tiers from 10 to 2,999 pcs; the price per unit decreases as the quantity increases. For larger quantities, we can provide a tailored quotation. Up to 30 minutes of artwork preparation is free, and we will send you a proof for approval before production. Production with print takes up to 14 days from proof approval. You can select packaging for each drive in the basket: a White box, an ECO box or a Black magnetic box. A box with your own full-colour print is available on request from 50 pcs.
Does the drive have a display?

When does the logo light up?
