The CALENDAR PAD mouse pad combines two items that stay on the desk all year round: a mouse pad and a 12-month desk calendar. Your logo and message are in front of your customers and business partners every single day, not just when the gift is unwrapped.
A calendar designed exactly for you
The calendar under the film consists of 12 or 15 sheets with a custom calendar layout. The 15-sheet version adds 3 extra sheets to the 12 months, for example for an annual overview, notes, important contacts or a presentation of your products. The layout is completely flexible and it can start from any month, so the pad can follow the calendar year, the school year or your company's fiscal year. Each month can feature a different design, product, photo or contact. Full-colour CMYK printing is applied to both the calendar sheets and the clear cover film.
Construction and materials
The top layer is a 0.3 mm PVC film suitable for optical mice, which protects the calendar from wear and dirt. Underneath are 12 or 15 sheets of 80 g offset paper and a 2 mm non-slip PE foam base in white or graphite. The pad measures 230 × 180 mm, is glued along the long edge, die-cut and has all corners rounded. At the end of the month, simply lift the film and move on to the next sheet.

Production and individual packaging
We produce the pads from 100 pieces and production takes 21 days from design approval. Artwork optimisation of up to 30 minutes and a pre-press data check are free of charge. Each pad is packed in its own bag, ready to hand out or ship.
Which month can the calendar start from?
The calendar can start from any month. It can follow the calendar year, the school year or your company's fiscal year, or start with the month in which the pad is handed over.
Can each month have its own design?
Yes. We design the calendar individually and the layout is completely flexible. Each of the 12 or 15 sheets can feature a different design, photo, product or message, and the clear cover film can be printed as well.
What is the difference between the 12-sheet and 15-sheet versions?
Both versions have a 12-month calendar and the same construction, materials and size. The 15-sheet version has 3 extra sheets that you can use for an annual overview, notes, contacts or a promotional message.
How do you move on to the next month?
The sheets are glued along the long edge. At the end of the month, simply lift the cover film and move on to the next sheet without removing the pad from the desk.

What colour is the underside of the pad?
The non-slip base made of 2 mm PE foam is available in white or graphite. You choose the colour when ordering.
