We take a different approach. We want your purchase to be as simple as possible. That is why you automatically get:
- Professional Data Check: A designer checks if your logo quality is sufficient for printing.
- Basic Adjustments: Need to remove a white background or change text color? We handle this within the free 30 minutes.
- Print Proof Creation: You will always see a visualization of how your custom printed pen will look before production.
How does the cooperation with our designer work?
We have simplified the entire process. You don't need to be a DTP expert to get a perfect result.
- Submit your order: Choose a product, for example, popular promotional mugs or textiles.
- Upload your files: Send us what you have. It can be a PDF, AI, or even a high-quality JPG or PNG image.
- We handle the rest: Our designer assesses the quality. If the logo is low resolution, we will propose a solution or redraw it into curves (if feasible within the 30-minute limit).
- Proof Approval: You will receive a proof via email. We do not print until you say "YES".

What if I don't have a logo in curves (vectors)?
No problem at all. Send us the logo in the format you have (JPG, PNG, PDF). Our designer will look at it within the free 30 minutes. If the image quality is sufficient, we can prepare it for printing, or redraw simpler logos into curves.
Will I see a proof before the items are produced?
Yes, always. We never start production without your approval. Our designer will send you a so-called proof (visualization) in PDF, where you will see the placement, size, and color of the print. Only after your approval does the order go to print.
Is 30 minutes free enough for my order?
For 95% of all orders, this time is perfectly sufficient. It includes data checking, placing the logo into the template, and creating the proof.
