The A4 format (210 × 297 mm) is one of the most requested sizes at TAEDA for print jobs that need to deliver a complete, well-organised message to the reader. The sheet has room for longer product descriptions, comparison tables and detailed price lists without shrinking the type to the edge of legibility. That is why an A4 flyer often becomes the main sales document a sales rep carries into face-to-face client meetings.

At trade fairs and corporate presentations, the A4 format works as a representative handout that visitors take away as a complete overview of an offer. Its standard size also slots easily into presentation folders, binders or corporate document wallets, so the flyer stays part of the paperwork long after the event ends.

Papers and print technology for the A4 format

We print on either 130 gsm gloss-coated paper for rich, saturated photography, or 90 gsm uncoated offset paper for a more budget-friendly option suited to text-heavy content. Printing runs on offset technology in full CMYK colour, which keeps corporate colours consistent and accurate across the entire print run.

An A4 flyer can be printed single- or double-sided, including full-bleed printing across the whole sheet, so artwork runs right to the edge without a distracting white border. This is especially useful for price lists with a coloured background or presentations where the visual needs to look compact and professional at first glance.

Order fulfilment and design support

The minimum order is 250 pieces, which covers the needs of smaller corporate print jobs as well as larger runs destined for a distribution network. Standard turnaround is 72 hours from artwork approval, so an A4 flyer can still be scheduled around a fixed trade fair or presentation date.

Every order includes 30 minutes of free graphic design work to fine-tune the layout, bleed and colours. Before printing starts we always run a data check, verifying image resolution, document format and colour space so the finished piece matches your brief.
