The PREMIUM FOTL polo shirt is made from 100% cotton with a weight of 180 g/m², making it a more premium, natural product with greater wearing comfort than blended fabrics. Pure cotton fabric breathes better and feels nicer against the skin, which really shows during all-day wear. This is exactly why pure cotton is also the best base for colour digital printing.
100% cotton fabric
Pure cotton provides high breathability and natural comfort, which you'll appreciate when wearing the polo shirt for extended periods in a warm environment. The classic men's cut with a collar and button placket looks tidy and suits both corporate and casual-Friday collections. Compared with blended fabrics, pure cotton is softer to the touch and more pleasant directly on the skin.
Colour DTG digital printing
We use DTG (direct-to-garment) technology on the PREMIUM FOTL range because a purely cotton base absorbs coloured ink more evenly, giving a sharper result than on a blended fabric. This technology allows unlimited colour motifs and even photographs, without any restriction on the number of colours. Colour DTG printing is only available on the premium cotton polo range.
