PRINT Diary 2027 – corporate diary with your logo

The PRINT diary has a hard cover that we print in full colour across the whole surface. Besides your logo, it can carry corporate graphics, a photo or a campaign motif. Matt lamination protects the cover against scratches and gives it an elegant matt look. A great choice if you want a diary in a fully custom design.

Hard cover printed across the whole surface

The cover is made of solid board wrapped in white paper, which we print in full colour (CMYK) across the whole surface including the spine. Matt lamination protects the print against abrasion and scratches, so the diary looks good all year round.

Personalised inner pages

A standard promotional diary carries the logo only on the cover. In this diary, we also personalise the inner pages – your logo appears on all calendar pages, in a consistent design that matches your brand. The inner pages are printed in full colour (CMYK), so your logo keeps its corporate colours. The diary reminds the user of your company every time it is opened, all year round.

Three formats and three calendar layouts

Choose the slim 125 × 205 mm format that fits into any bag, the versatile A5 or the spacious B5. The weekly calendar shows the whole week on one spread, the version with notes has the week on the left and a blank page for notes on the right. The daily calendar gives each day its own page, for those who plan in detail. Weekly diaries have 57 sheets (114 pages), daily diaries 163 sheets (326 pages).

Included features

Every diary has a satin ribbon bookmark and a flat elastic closure in a colour matching the cover. Inside you will find white 80 g/m² paper, yearly and quarterly overviews, week numbers, public holidays and an hourly day layout. The calendar is available in English, German and other languages – up to three languages in one diary. Rounded corners of the cover and pages are available for a surcharge.

Ordering and production

The minimum order is 200 pcs and production takes 28 days from proof approval. Every order includes 30 minutes of free graphic design work and artwork check, and before production we send you a proof of the cover and pages for approval.
