We manufacture three basic lounger variants – Standard with beech wood and classic construction, Comfort with improved cushioning and adjustable backrest, and lightweight Aluminum model with aluminum frame for easy transport. All constructions are durable and safe with weight capacity up to 120 kg.
The lounger cover is made from polyester fabric in plain weave weighing 240–260 gsm, specifically designed for sublimation printing. This material is water-resistant, quick-drying, and UV stable, ensuring long-term color durability even under intense sunlight. The wooden construction is treated with eco-friendly outdoor varnish. Printing Technology and Colors
For lounger printing we use sublimation technology, which enables transfer of full-color designs directly into polyester fabric fibers. This method ensures exceptional color permanence, sharp detail, and ability to utilize the entire print area without limitations. Sublimation is ideal for photorealistic motifs, complex gradients, and color-intensive designs.
The print area on Standard loungers measures approximately 115 × 43 cm, while the Comfort model offers 120 × 50 cm. We recommend using files with minimum 150 DPI resolution for optimal print quality. Delivery Times and Minimum Order
Standard production time for loungers is 14–21 business days depending on chosen model and quantity. The Standard model is produced within 14 days, Comfort within 21 days. For urgent orders we offer express production with delivery in 10–12 business days for an additional fee, suitable for preparing seasonal events.
Minimum order is 10 pieces, for wholesale customers and agencies we offer preferential pricing from 25 pieces. Loungers are packed individually or in sets of 5 in cardboard boxes for easy transport. Shipping is arranged through reliable carriers throughout the Czech Republic and internationally, with personal pickup available at our facility.
Lounger Care and Storage
Loungers are designed for outdoor use, however we recommend storing them in a dry environment after the season. The cover can be removed if needed and machine washed at 30°C without bleach. The wooden frame will last several seasons with regular maintenance – we recommend annual treatment with protective oil or varnish.
The folding mechanism allows easy storage – a folded lounger takes up minimal space. For long-term storage, we recommend storing loungers vertically or hanging on hooks to prevent deformation of the wooden frame. With proper care, loungers will last several years of regular use and your brand will remain visible throughout.
