Wristband Materials & Widths

Event wristbands are made from polyester satin material that's soft to touch yet resistant to tearing. Material is waterproof and sweat-resistant – visitors can wear wristband entire weekend without worrying about wear or losing logo readability. Surface is silky smooth, so doesn't irritate skin even with long-term wear. Unlike paper or Tyvek bands, textile wristbands are premium and act as event souvenir – people often keep them on wrist for weeks after festival as memory.

Wristband width determines logo visibility and wearing comfort. 10mm is narrowest variant suitable for simple texts or small logos – cheapest option. 15mm is most popular width for most events – enough space for logo + event name + date. 20mm provides more space for complex design, QR codes, or larger text amount. 25mm is widest variant ideal for prestigious events where you want to maximize brand visibility and look luxurious. Security Closures & Anti-Counterfeiting

Each event wristband must be equipped with security closure that cannot be removed after application without visible damage. Plastic closure is most common – small plastic sleeve with one-way teeth that lock when band is pulled through and won't release back. After removal attempt, band must be torn. Closure can be produced in various colors matching wristband design. Metal closure is more durable and looks premium – used for VIP zones or higher-tier festivals.

For additional anti-counterfeiting protection, we offer several security features: Hologram – small holographic sticker on band that cannot be easily reproduced. UV print – invisible print visible only under UV lamp (check at entrance). Serial numbering – each wristband has unique number for tracking and duplicate entry control. QR code – can be scanned by mobile app for electronic entry tracking and validity check. RFID chip – embedded chip for contactless check and simultaneously payment method at event (cashless festival). Wristband Design & Printing

Sublimation printing is most popular method for wristbands because it enables full-color photorealistic print with high resolution. Logo, graphics, photos, or complex patterns can be printed across entire band width including gradients and transitions. Colors are fused into material fibers, so won't fade even with water, sweat, or UV exposure. Ideal for festivals where you want to look professional and creative. Can print single-sided or double-sided with same or different design.

Screen printing is suitable for simple logos with 1-4 solid colors (Pantone). Color sits on band surface creating slightly relief effect. Screen printing is more economical for very large runs (5,000+ pcs) and works well on dark backgrounds. For night events, we can use glow-in-dark colors (phosphorescent) or reflective colors (reflect light from spotlights). For ultra-luxury events, we offer gold or silver metallic print looking exclusive and suitable for premium brands or VIP zones. Event Packaging & Logistics

Standard shipping of wristbands in series packed per 100 pieces in polypropylene bags for easy counting and distribution at event. For very large volumes (10,000+ pcs), we can deliver in boxes per 1,000 pcs. Upon request, we arrange individual packaging of each wristband in bag if you want to sell as pre-sale tickets (customer receives wristband by mail before event). For express events, we offer delivery option directly to event venue day before with personal handover to event coordinator.

Wristbands shipped standard by GLS courier – delivery in CZ and SK next working day, in Germany and Austria +1 day (thus within 2 working days). For international festivals, we can deliver throughout Europe in 3-5 days. Personal pickup available at our branch in Havířov, Czech Republic (U Statku 301/1, Mon-Thu 9 AM-4 PM, Fri 9 AM-3 PM), where you can view material and closure samples. For recurring events (annual festival), we offer storing your design and quick re-order with only changed date. Minimum order is 100 pcs, but for festivals we recommend calculating +10-15% reserve over expected attendance in case of higher participation or replacement wristbands for damage.

Event Wristbands FAQ

What is minimum order for wristbands?

Minimum order is 100 pieces per variant (color + design). For small club events this suffices, for festivals we recommend 250-10,000 pcs depending on expected attendance. Price per piece decreases with increasing quantity – at 1,000+ pcs price is significantly lower than at 100 pcs. Contact us for specific quote according to your needs.

How fast can wristbands be produced?

Standard delivery time is 10-14 working days from proof approval. For urgent events, we offer express production within 7 working days for surcharge. For very urgent cases (festival in 5 days), we can try even faster production – contact us by phone. However, we recommend ordering wristbands minimum 3-4 weeks before event for peace of mind.

Can wristband be removed after application and reused?

No, that's exactly the point of security closure – after application on wrist, wristband cannot be removed without visible band tearing. This prevents someone from passing ticket (wristband) to someone else after their entry to event. If visitor forcibly removes wristband, it's visible at first glance and security won't let them back in.

Can wristbands be used in water environment?

Yes, our textile wristbands are waterproof. Work excellently at water park events, beach festivals, boat parties, or sports events with water elements. Sublimation print won't fade even after long water immersion. Plastic or metal closure also doesn't react with water. Wristbands withstand chlorinated pool water or salty sea water.

Can I have each wristband with different number?

Yes, serial numbering is possible. Each wristband gets unique number (e.g., 0001-5000) that can be used for entry tracking, prize drawing, or duplicate entry control. Numbering can be combined with barcode or QR code for electronic scanning. Surcharge for numbering calculated according to quantity and complexity (simple black number is cheaper than full-color QR code).

Do you offer eco-friendly wristbands?

Yes, we have rPET wristbands made from recycled polyester from PET bottles. Material has same properties as standard polyester (waterproof, durable) but is more eco-friendly. For zero-waste festivals, it's great choice. We can also supply bio-degradable wristbands from PLA material (corn starch) that decompose in 6-12 months in compost. These are however pricier and slightly less durable.

How to prepare design for wristbands?

Ideal is vector format (AI, EPS, PDF) with resolution min. 300 DPI. Design should respect band width (10-25mm) and length approx. 30-35 cm (of which 5 cm is in closure and not visible). We recommend simple, contrasting logo with readable text min. 8pt font size. Our graphic designer prepares your design free into print format and recommends optimal placement of all elements. We send digital proof and physical sample for approval before production start.
