Printing technologies for promotional bags
Choosing the right printing technology is key for quality results. Screen printing is the most popular method for cotton bags – allows printing up to 4 colors with high coverage and durability up to 60°C washing. Suitable for simple logos and texts from 50 pieces. DTG (Direct to Garment) and DTF (Direct to Film) technologies offer full-color photorealistic printing with unlimited color palette – ideal for complex graphics and small runs from 10 pieces.

Weight 140 g/m? is economical variant, 180 g/m? medium quality, and 280 g/m? premium with long lifespan. Paper bags are offered in sizes from 18x8x22 cm (small) to 54x14x45 cm (XXL) with flat handles (glued) or twisted paper handles (ecological variant).
Synthetic bags from 210D polyester are lightweight (50-80 g) and compact, from 420D nylon extra durable for heavier loads. Non-woven fabrics are produced in weights 70-120 g/m? according to required strength. Maximum print size on cotton bags is 30x35 cm, on paper bags 40x30 cm. Ecology and certifications
Ecological aspect is our priority – all cotton bags are made from organic cotton certified according to GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) or conventional cotton with Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification guaranteeing absence of harmful substances. We also offer bags from recycled PET (rPET) made from plastic bottles – 1 kg rPET saves 1.5 kg CO? compared to virgin polyester. Minimum order is 50 pieces for cotton bags with screen printing, 10 pieces for DTG/DTF printing, 500 pieces for paper bags and 100 pieces for synthetic bags. What is the minimum order for printed cotton bags?
For cotton bags with screen printing the minimum order is 50 pieces. If you prefer full-color DTG or DTF printing with photorealistic quality, we can produce from 10 pieces with slightly higher unit price.
Are printed cotton bags washable?
Yes, cotton bags with screen printing are washable up to 60°C, DTG/DTF printing withstands washing up to 40°C. We recommend washing inside out without fabric softener for maximum print lifespan. Quality screen printing lasts 50+ wash cycles.
Can you manufacture bags according to our own design and dimensions?
Yes, we offer complete custom bag production according to your specifications – custom dimensions, shape, material color, handle type and length, number of pockets, etc. Minimum order for custom production is 500 pieces with 30-day delivery time.
What graphic format do you need for bag printing?
We prefer vector formats AI, EPS or PDF with curves, minimum resolution 300 DPI. For DTG/DTF printing we also accept high-resolution PNG/JPG. Our graphic designer will help you optimize artwork for free (30 minutes of work).
Do you offer ecological certified bags?
Yes, we have wide range of eco bags – organic cotton with GOTS certificate, paper bags with FSC certificate, recycled PET (rPET), and biodegradable non-woven fabrics. All materials have appropriate certificates and declarations of conformity.
Can you supply bags in our corporate Pantone colors?
Yes, we produce cotton bags in wide color palette including precise Pantone shade (MOQ 500 pcs). For paper bags we can use printing in any Pantone color. Synthetic bags are offered in standard colors or with all-over sublimation printing in any color.
