Woven lanyards (sometimes referred to as Jacquard lanyards) represent a premium version of promotional neck straps. The motif is not printed with ink but is created by weaving different colored threads during the strap manufacturing process itself. This technology ensures that the logo becomes an integral part of the material. Woven lanyards provide a higher-value impression and are popular for their extreme durability and resistance to washing or mechanical wear.
To achieve the best effect, we recommend choosing simpler logos and text without shading or gradients. Weaving allows the use of up to 4 spot colors, which is usually sufficient for most corporate logotypes. Configuration Options for Woven Straps
With woven straps, you can choose not only the color and width of the material but also the type of attachment. Can you produce a woven lanyard with a photograph?
No, weaving technology does not allow for the reproduction of photographs or color gradients. For these purposes, you must choose sublimation printing.
Is express production of woven lanyards possible?
Production of woven lanyards is technologically more demanding and requires the preparation of a weaving program, so it takes longer than printed lanyards (usually 2-3 weeks). For urgent deadlines, we recommend choosing from our stock of unprinted lanyards or selecting a faster printing technology.
What does the reverse side of a woven lanyard look like?
Typically, the reverse side is a negative image of the front side. This means if the front has a colored logo on a black background, the back will have a black logo on a colored background.
Are woven lanyards washable?
