The Christmas holidays are approaching and we would like to inform you about our operating hours. We want you to know when you can contact us and how order processing will work during the holiday period.
Operating Hours Before Christmas
Until Tuesday, December 23, 2025, we operate in regular mode. We ship orders, handle inquiries, and are fully at your disposal. If you need promotional items before the holidays, we recommend ordering as soon as possible – carriers have increased workload during the pre-Christmas period.
💡 Tip: You can still take advantage of the option to issue invoices for 2025 until January 16, 2026 and optimize your tax base.
Christmas Holidays
On December 24-26, our company is closed. Like most Czech companies, we respect the Christmas peace and give our employees time with their families. Emails and inquiries received during these days will be processed right after the holidays.
Period Between Holidays
From December 27, we return to regular operations. We will process orders, respond to inquiries, and prepare shipments. If you are planning larger orders for early 2026, the period between holidays is an ideal time to place them.
New Year's Eve and New Year
- December 31 (New Year's Eve): Shortened operating hours, shipments until 3:00 PM
- January 1, 2026 (New Year): Closed
- From January 2, 2026: Full operation during regular business hours

Yes! TAEDA has extended the deadline for issuing invoices valid for 2025 until January 16, 2026. You can still take advantage of tax optimization.
When does normal operation begin after New Year?
Full operation begins January 2, 2026. From this date, we process orders, inquiries, and shipments in regular mode.
