If your files are correct, you will usually receive a print proof from us within 24 hours of submitting your artwork.
Standard turnaround: proof within 24 hours
Our standard workflow is optimized for speed. As soon as you place an order and upload your print data (logo, texts, graphics), our designer reviews them at the earliest possible time.
- If the data are error‑free: We prepare a visual proof (showing how the print will be placed on the product) and send it to you by e‑mail for approval, typically within 24 hours on business days.
- If you are in a hurry: For orders in Express Production mode, your artwork is processed with priority, often within just a few hours.
What if I do not have “print‑ready” artwork?
Many clients do not have professional vector logos or are unsure about the correct placement of their design. That is not a problem with TAEDA. Unlike many competitors, we offer 30 minutes of free graphic design with every order.
Within this time we can:
- check the quality of supplied images (resolution and colour mode),
- perform a simple conversion of a raster logo into curves (vectorization),
- set up texts and place your logo into the specific product template.

How can you speed up the process?
Do you want your products to be ready as soon as possible? High‑quality artwork is crucial. Processing will be fastest if you provide:
- Vector files: Files with extensions
.pdf,.ai,.epsor.cdr. Vector artwork can be scaled without loss of quality and is required for most printing technologies (pad printing, screen printing). - Fonts converted to outlines: Convert all texts to outlines so they display exactly as intended, without the risk of being replaced by a different font.
- Colour specifications: Provide exact Pantone (PMS) numbers if you need to match your corporate colours. This saves time when fine‑tuning the colour output.
Approval of the proof is the starting signal
Please remember that production starts only after you approve the print proof in writing. The time between sending the proof and your “APPROVED” is not counted as production time. A quick response to the proof e‑mail has a direct impact on the delivery date of your promotional products.
FAQ – artwork processing
Do my logos need to be in vector format?
For most printing technologies this is ideal and significantly speeds up the process. If you do not have vectors, send us the logo in the highest quality you have (PNG, JPG, PDF). Our designer will review it and, within the free 30 minutes, try to convert or adjust it for printing.
Do you charge for changes in the proof?
No, the first proof and minor edits (such as moving the logo or adjusting its size) are included in the price. Only extensive graphic work beyond the 30‑minute free limit (for example creating a completely new logo) may be charged.
What if I need the proof immediately?
If you are working with a tight deadline, please mention this in the order note or contact us by phone. For express orders, artwork processing receives absolute priority.
Will I receive a proof for repeat orders as well?
Yes, we also send a proof for repeat orders to confirm that the data, colours, and placement are still correct and no mistake has crept in.
