Sublimation printing is premium method for white ceramic and porcelain mugs – special toner is transferred under pressure and temperature 180–200°C directly into ceramic glaze, creating permanent, photorealistic and absolutely durable print. Sublimation allows full-color printing without color limit with resistance to 250+ dishwasher cycles according to EN12875-1 standard. Advantage is zero relief – print is smooth as ceramic itself and doesn't wear off. Sublimation is ideal for photos, complex graphics, color gradients or 360° wrap designs.

UV digital printing is used on dark and colored ceramic mugs. UV printer applies color with white underlay directly on surface and immediately cures with UV light – result is sharp, precise print with excellent coverage even on black or dark blue mugs. UV print is wash resistant, we recommend gentler dishwasher programs. Pad printing is used for simple one-color or multi-color logos – suitable for smaller details or special positions like mug bottom. All our prints are food contact safe and comply with European standards.

How many mugs do I have to order minimum?

Minimum order is 10 pieces for white and colored ceramic mugs including magic ones. For enamel camping mugs minimum is 20 pieces due to production process. For very large orders over 500 pieces or custom shapes we can individually assess special conditions and prices.

What files do you need for printing?

We accept formats JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, SVG. For best quality we recommend vector logos (AI, EPS, PDF from Illustrator) or photos minimum 300 DPI in full size. For photos on mugs applies: higher resolution means better result. If you don't have quality files, our graphic designer converts logo to vector or optimizes photo free within 30 minutes of graphic preparation. Before printing we always send digital preview of print for approval.

Does print withstand dishwasher washing?

Yes! Sublimation print on white ceramic mugs withstands 250+ dishwasher cycles according to EN12875-1 standard without fading or damage. UV digital print on colored mugs is also wash resistant, we recommend gentler programs (50–60°C). Magic mugs must be hand washed due to thermosensitive coating. Enamel camping mugs we recommend hand washing for enamel longevity.

How long does mug production take?

Standard time: 7–10 business days from approval of graphic preview. Express production: 72 hours (3 business days) for selected white ceramic mugs with 30% surcharge. For large quantities over 500 pieces or special custom models 2–3 weeks. Shipping in Czech Republic 1–2 days, to Slovakia 2–3 days.

Can I see sample before ordering?

Yes! We send blank mug without printing free or for symbolic shipping cost to verify ceramic quality, size and shape. For orders over 50 pieces we can produce 1 piece with your print as physical proof at price of one piece from total quantity – suitable for demanding projects where you need to see real result before series production.
