As soon as you create an account in our e‑shop, you are automatically included in the loyalty program. The system continuously tracks the total value of your orders over the last 24 months and assigns a progressive discount level for your future purchases.

- Reward for loyalty, not just a one‑off order: the program counts the total of all your orders placed in the last two years.
- Can be combined with promotions: in most cases the loyalty discount is added on top of promotional prices and volume discounts, unless stated otherwise in the campaign conditions.
How the loyalty discounts work in practice
You can always see your current loyalty discount after logging into your customer account. Simply shop as usual – the system evaluates your total purchases over the last 24 months and assigns the appropriate discount level.

What purchases count towards the loyalty discount

- Custom printed textiles: T‑shirts, hoodies, caps and more in the custom‑printed textiles section.
- Printed materials: flyers, business cards and catalogues from our printed materials offer.
The loyalty discount applies to your entire order, not only to selected items. If a product is already on promotion, in most cases the discount is calculated from the reduced price.
How to check your current discount level
- Log in to your account at TAEDA.cz.
- Go to the My loyalty program section, where you can see your total purchases over the last 24 months, your current discount level and how much is left to reach the next level.
- Add products to the cart and the discount will be applied automatically in the order summary.
