Can you ship directly to my end client without showing the TAEDA brand?
Yes. We provide a White Label shipping service. Goods are packed in neutral boxes without our branding and your company is shown as the sender on the delivery note. Your client never sees the TAEDA name in the process.
Do I need to meet a minimum turnover to receive a discount?
For the basic agency discount we do not require any minimum annual turnover. We only need to confirm that you operate in advertising or a related field. Higher discount levels and individual price lists are linked to the volume of your cooperation.
Do you provide product samples for client presentations?
Yes. We know that touching and seeing the product is crucial for closing deals. Partners can order samples (for example pens or textiles without print) either free of charge or with a significant discount, often with the option to return them.
Is it possible to pay by invoice with a payment term?
For new partners we usually start with pro‑forma invoices. After we establish regular cooperation and verify your payment history, we are happy to switch you to standard invoice payment terms (14–30 days) to support your cash flow.
