The planned dispatch date shows when we can realistically produce your order and hand it over to the carrier – provided that we receive flawless print‑ready artwork from you on time. This helps you see in advance whether you will meet the date of your event, trade fair, or campaign deadline.
What does “We can deliver by: + date” mean?
For every product in the cart you will see the information “We can deliver by: + date”. This date is our best estimate of when the parcel can arrive at your address, assuming that:
- the print data are supplied in the correct format and without errors,
- you confirm and pay for the order (if advance payment is required),
- no extraordinary circumstances occur during production or transport (carrier outage, etc.).
In practice this means that the displayed date already includes production, packing, and the carrier’s standard transit time. If everything runs smoothly, you receive the parcel exactly on this day.
How the planned dispatch date is calculated
The delivery date is calculated automatically in our system. Several factors are taken into account:
- Type of product and printing technology (e.g. full‑colour printed mugs vs. simple pens).
- Current production workload and the number of jobs in the queue before yours.
- Availability of the product itself in stock or at the supplier.
- Standard delivery time of the carrier according to the chosen shipping method.
As soon as you add items to the cart and select the quantity, the system calculates when it is realistically possible to produce the job and hand it over to the carrier so that it can be delivered by the shown date.
How your artwork affects the date
The planned dispatch date applies only if we receive your artwork in perfect, print‑ready condition. This means:
- the correct format (vector graphics, resolution, colour space),
- all fonts converted to outlines,
- correct bleed and safe zones according to the product template.
If the artwork needs to be edited, corrected, or created from scratch, the date may be postponed by the time needed for revisions and your approval of the proof. That is why it is best to plan your orders with a buffer of several working days.
Do you have a fixed event date? Tell us in advance
If you need the goods by a specific date (for example a trade fair, conference, or corporate event), please write this date into the note when completing your order. Once we receive the order, we will:
- check the real possibilities of production and delivery,
- if necessary, suggest an express solution or an alternative product,
- confirm the binding delivery date in the order confirmation / contract.
For selected items (such as promotional pens or mugs and bottles) we can significantly speed up production, but this always needs to be discussed in advance with our sales team.
What to keep in mind when planning your order
- Allow time for preparing and approving the artwork.
- Delivery time is also affected by the chosen carrier and destination (Czech Republic / abroad).
- For large orders or more complex printing technologies, expect a longer production time.
If you are not sure whether a certain date is feasible, contact us before placing the order – we will recommend suitable products and printing technologies and set everything up so that your goods arrive on time.
FAQ – planned dispatch date
Is the planned dispatch date always binding?
The planned dispatch date is indicative and assumes error‑free print data and a standard production and delivery process. The date becomes binding only once it is confirmed in your order / purchase contract.
What if the “We can deliver by” date does not suit me?
Enter your required date in the order note or contact us in advance. We will check options for express production and may recommend an alternative product or printing technology that allows faster delivery.
Can the date change after you check my artwork?
Yes. If the artwork needs to be edited, converted to curves, or the proof must be approved several times, the planned date will be moved by the time needed for these adjustments. That is why sending final, print‑ready files is ideal.
Does the planned date include shipping time?
Yes, the “We can deliver by” date includes both production and the carrier’s standard delivery time to your chosen address. For more distant destinations or international shipments the date can vary depending on the specific carrier service.
