Can I pay by invoice with payment terms?

Invoice payment with a deferred due date is possible at TAEDA, but it is not granted automatically. We offer payment terms to verified B2B customers – mainly marketing agencies and wholesalers – with whom we have an ongoing relationship and a solid payment history.

Who can pay by invoice with terms?

As a rule, we require payment in advance (online card payment, bank transfer or pro‑forma invoice), especially for new customers and first orders. Invoice payment with payment terms is an additional service that we offer to:

  • regularly ordering agencies and wholesale partners,
  • long‑term customers with several successfully completed orders,
  • clients without repeated delays in invoice payments.

The aim is to make cash flow easier for partners we work with on a long‑term basis and whose payment behaviour we know.

Typical invoice payment terms

The actual payment term is always based on a prior agreement and is stated in the order confirmation or in a framework contract. Most often, we work with:

  • 14‑day payment terms for standard B2B clients,
  • 14–30‑day payment terms for partners in our B2B program (agencies and wholesalers), depending on the scope of cooperation.

In all cases, the payment term has to be agreed in advance and reflected in our terms, your order or the contract.

How to apply for invoice payment terms

If you are interested in paying by invoice with payment terms, please contact us before placing a large or recurring order.

  1. Send us brief information about your company (business ID, billing details, type of business, expected order volume).
  2. Specify that you would like to set up invoice payment terms and indicate what payment term you would prefer.
  3. After evaluating your cooperation to date and your payment history, our sales representative will suggest possible conditions – including payment term length and any limits.

The ideal way to set this up is to join our B2B program for agencies and wholesalers, which covers not only discounts, but also invoice payment terms and individual conditions.

When we still require advance payment

Advance payment (pro‑forma invoice, online payment) remains the standard for security reasons, especially in the case of:

  • new customers with no previous order history,
  • one‑off orders with a high order value,
  • strongly personalised “made‑to‑order” products that cannot be resold to someone else.

For these orders, advance payment is standard practice across the industry and protects both you and the supplier.

FAQ – invoice payment with terms

Do you offer invoice payment terms to all customers?

No. Invoice payment with terms is reserved for verified B2B clients, especially agencies and wholesalers, with whom we have long‑term cooperation and a good payment track record.

What is your standard invoice payment term?

In most cases, we work with a 14‑day payment term. For B2B partners, the term can range from 14 to 30 days depending on the agreement and overall cooperation. The exact due date is always shown on the invoice or in the contract.

How can we, as an agency or wholesaler, request invoice payment terms?

Contact us via the inquiry or contact form and mention that you would like to pay by invoice with payment terms. After reviewing your cooperation and payment history, we will suggest possible conditions and the length of the payment term.

Can you offer payment terms longer than 30 days?

As a standard, we stay within the 14–30 day range. Longer payment terms are only possible in exceptional cases, based on an individual agreement for large or framework orders, and must always be agreed in writing in advance.
