How the 24-hour express service works

The express production process starts with your order placed no later than 10:00 a.m.. Immediately after receiving the order, we check the supplied artwork – we verify resolution, format, colours and technical suitability for printing. If needed, we carry out free optimisation (up to 30 minutes of graphic work). Within 60 minutes from your order you receive a digital proof for approval. Once you approve the proof no later than 12:00, we start production right away – pens are printed using UV or pad printing, textile products with DTG technology and reflective accessories with screen printing. Every single piece is visually inspected to ensure the logo is legible and correctly positioned.

The finished goods are packed and handed over to the courier the same day, usually by 16:00. The courier delivers the parcel on the next working day in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, typically by noon. You receive full shipment tracking by e‑mail with a track & trace number. If you do not have the artwork in the required format, our graphic designer will optimise it free of charge within the 30-minute artwork optimisation included with every express order.

Pricing and discounts for express production

The price of express products consists of the unit price of the item, printing costs and the express surcharge. The express surcharge varies depending on the product type and order volume – for pens it is usually 15–25% of the total price, for lanyards and textiles up to 30%. The exact price is always shown in the e‑shop on the product page after you enter the quantity.
